You can transfer a domain name to us at any time often at no charge. If you have a .co.nz or .nz domain name, there is no charge to transfer your domain name to us.
Other TLD's such as .com .net .org will require you to re-register the domain name automatically which may incur a cost.
Before initiating a domain transfer please ensure you have done the following;
- Disabled registrar lock with your current domain name provider
- You have obtained your EPP code for the domain name
- The domain has been registered for at least 60 days

Upon successful transfer initiation, you will be sent an email asking for approval after you have followed the instructions in the email the domain process will complete.
Please note: It will take up to 2 hours for the domain to show as active your client area.
