If you are looking to move your domain name away from Rapidweb to another registrar they will require you to provide a UDAI or EPP code also known as a transfer code.
To obtain your UDAI / EPP code log into your client area https://my.rapidweb.co.nz/clientarea.php
In the top navigation bar click "Domains" and then select "My Domains".
Select the domain you require the UDAI for and click on it. On the left navigation bar, you will see "Get UDAI Code"
Your UDAI will be displayed onscreen. Be very careful with this code as it gives anyone full control of your domain name.
