We are going to be using Filezilla FTP Client, you can download this here.
Once you have installed and opened the Filezilla Client we will add your hosting account to the site manager.
To open the site manager click the server icon in the top right as pictured below
You will choose "New Site" and fill in your details replacing the host, user, and password with your corresponding details. For the security of your account it is important to select "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available".
If you are unsure what your login details are please refer to your Welcome Email or submit a support ticket.
Press "OK" to save your changes.
From the sites manager tab you should now be able to connect to your hosting account via FTP.
